Company auditors
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 78 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13 May 2003 No. 415-II “On Joint-Stock Companies,” the Astyk Trans Joint-Stock Company is required to conduct an annual audit of its annual financial reports.
In this regard, an Audit Services Agreement No. 20-11/214 ATB (AUD-2023-00142) dated 20 November 2023 was concluded with Ernst & Young LLP for the audit of the 2023 financial year. The total amount of the agreement is KZT 40,463,360 (including VAT).
For the audit of the financial reports for 2024, an Audit Services Agreement No. 14-11/207 ATB (C-KZ41-2024-AUD-2834) dated 14 November 2024 was concluded with Ernst & Young LLP in the amount of KZT 38,802,400 (including VAT).
In this regard, an Audit Services Agreement No. 20-11/214 ATB (AUD-2023-00142) dated 20 November 2023 was concluded with Ernst & Young LLP for the audit of the 2023 financial year. The total amount of the agreement is KZT 40,463,360 (including VAT).
