About suspension of fines accrual for excessive idle time of wagons from December 1, 2024

Joint Stock Company "Astyk Trans" (hereinafter — the Company) hereby informs of the following:
Since December 1, 2024, the company has suspended the accrual of excess downtime for legitimate clients for loading and unloading due to the challenging train scenario, the workload at port terminals, and border railway stations. The company retains the right to impose fines in line with existing contractual responsibilities in the event that customers willfully violate the conditions of the freight forwarding agreement (beginning within six days).
This decision, which aims to meet mutual obligations, ensure a fair distribution of responsibility, and maintain a high level of quality of services provided, highlights the Company's desire to support domestic business and contribute to increasing the country's export potential in a challenging logistical environment.
In line with the freight forwarding agreement, the company will charge excess downtime for wagons it acquires from other owners.
