Astyk Trans does not change its strategy despite changes in its corporate structure
In December 2025, 100% of the shares of Astyk Trans JSC were consolidated under the ownership of Temir Dala Investments Holding Ltd (United Arab Emirates), an investment company that is part of the international trading and investment SOLARIS Group (United Arab Emirates). The controlling shareholder of the SOLARIS Group is the sovereign investment fund of the Sultanate of Oman. The SOLARIS Group trades in grain in more than 40 countries worldwide and invests in infrastructure assets, as well as in companies operating in the food and agricultural sectors across Central Asia, North Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Following the shareholder’s decision to consolidate assets in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as its plans for further investment in the country, a holding company, Astyk Trans Holding Ltd, was established within the jurisdiction of the Astana International Financial Centre.
A.A. Sharipov was appointed President of Astyk Trans Holding Ltd.
In April 2026, 100% of the shares of Astyk Trans JSC were transferred by Temir Dala Investments Holding Ltd (UAE) to Astyk Trans Holding Ltd (Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan).
These changes in the ownership structure will not result in any changes to the corporate governance of Astyk Trans JSC and will not affect the company’s development strategy. Astyk Trans JSC remains a leading freight forwarder of Kazakh grain, continuing to invest in rolling stock, grain elevator assets, and multimodal logistics.
