Zhandos Zhumashevich Kuanyshev has been appointed Acting First Vice President of Astyk Trans JSC

Effective April 16, 2026, Zhandos Zhumashevich Kuanyshev has been appointed Acting First Vice President of Astyk Trans JSC.
Since 2018, prior to this appointment, Mr. Kuanyshev has successfully led the Company’s commercial operations as Vice President for Commercial Affairs. Under his leadership, the commercial division has delivered consistent results and made a significant contribution to achieving the Company’s strategic objectives.
This personnel decision is aimed at ensuring continuity in management and further enhancing the Company’s operational efficiency.
In his capacity as Acting First Vice President, Mr. Kuanyshev will continue to oversee the commercial division while retaining his responsibilities as Vice President for Commercial Affairs.
