By Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 3100-r dated November 01, 2025, from December 1, 2025, a 10 percent indexation will be introduced for the current tariffs, fees and charges for the transportation of goods and the provision of infrastructure services for the transportation of goods, including this indexation in the indexed database.
