Support of inland transportation

To date, the rail service market has seen an outflow of the fleet of other owners to Russian Federation, due to higher rates and the growth of the ruble exchange rate. In this regard, requests for a fleet in the management of JSC "Astyk Trans" (hereinafter - the Company) are increasing, which is involved only in the service of Kazakh grain. Being aware of its social responsibility, the Company provides inland grain transportation at lower tariffs than export transportation.
In order to level risks in providing an inland market, the Company the company arranged an online meeting with its main Customers - flour milling enterprises on September 2, 2022.
Based on capabilities of the existing fleet, the Company proposed to provide applications for inland transportation of Customers based on the average monthly volume of traffic in September-December 2021 with an increase of 10% per month.
Customers participating in inland transportation who agree to these conditions must notify their personal managers in the Company, after which, as soon as they are ready, a Memorandum of mutual cooperation will be signed. This measure will improve the efficiency of fleet planning in the management of the Company, Customers will be able to provide guaranteed volumes of grain transportation. The Company reminds that volumes not transported during the period of increased demand can be transported at a later date.
JSC "Astyk Trans" guarantees that the Company's fleet is used only in the transportation of Kazakh grain, and reminds its Customers about the early submission of applications and priority provision of loyal customers using only the Company's fleet.
