ON CHANGE OF RAILWAY TARIFF FROM DECEMBER 6, 2024

In accordance with the order of the Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 29, 2024 No. 109 - OD for 2024-2025, increasing coefficients applied to the base rates of calculation tables for regulated services of the main railway network were approved, with entry into force from December 6, 2024 (https://railways.kz/ru/infrastruktura/tarify/). We remind you that the tariff rate charged to the client for transport and forwarding services includes the railway tariff of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy". The increase in the cost of transportation from December 06, 2024 is due solely to the increase in the Carrier's railway tariff (JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy"), while we inform you that the Company's tariff policy remains unchanged.
