On Changing the railway tariff from May 1, 2025

Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company Joint Stock Company informs about the change in the approved tariff for regulated services of main railway networks for 2025 in accordance with subparagraphs 4) and 9-2) of paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Natural Monopolies on changing the investment program and the average monthly nominal wage of one employee by type of economic activity in the region (city), established according to statistics for the year.
The change in the level of tariffs and tariff estimates for regulated services of main railway networks was approved by the Order of the Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 12, 2025 No. 40 - OD On Amendments to the Order of the Chairman of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2020 No. 70-OD On Approval of Tariffs, Tariff Estimates and Price Limits for Regulated Services of Main Railway Networks for 2021-2025 for Kazakhstan Temir Zholy National Company Joint Stock Company with entry into force on May 1, 2025.
The specified changes will be implemented in the ASU DKR (Automated Control System Contractual and Commercial Work) and the ARM AGKR (Automated workstation of freight and commercial work agent) and posted on the website www.railways.kz.
We remind you that the tariff rate charged to the client for transport and forwarding services includes the railway tariff of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy NC JSC.
The increase in the cost of transportation from May 1, 2025 is due solely to the increase in the railway tariff of the Carrier (Kazakhstan Temir Zholy NC JSC), while we inform you that the tariff policy of the Company remains unchanged.
