In connection with the operational situation caused by infrastructural restrictions, cases of remainning empty grain wagons of the Company against traffic became more frequent on sections Aktogay-Karaganda-Sortirovochnaya and Chu-Karaganda- Sortirovochnaya, which negatively affects the turnover of wagons in the intra-republican communication. For example, at the Karazhingil station (NODGP-8), 9 empty grain wagons with designation Karaganda- Sortirovochnaya were unproductively idle for 4 days, at Tokyrau station (NODGP-4), 35 empty grain wagons with designation Karaganda- Sortirovochnaya were unproductively idle for 3 days.
We note that with the turnover rate of the Company's grain wagons in the intra-republican communication at the level of 14.71 days, as of October 26, 2023, the fact is 21.78 days, which is 7.07 days worse (+48%).
The slowdown in the turnover of the Company's grain wagons in intra-republican traffic for reasons beyond the Company's control negatively affects the timeliness of customer requests, leads to irregular delivery of wagons to freight fronts during the reporting period, and leads to losses of the Company on these shipments.
Based on the above, the Company notifies about possible non-provision of the Company's grain wagons upon customer's requests in October 2023 and informs about the postponement of requests from October to the first decade of November this year.
