Going slow the pace of loading

Joint Stock Company "Astyk Trans" (hereinafter — the Company) informs about a significant deterioration in the turnover of wagons. Thus, in domestic transportation with a standard of 330 km/ day, the actual speed was 94 km/ day, in export directions, the actual speed was 149 km/day (with a standard of 200 km/day). Going slow the turnover leads to disruption of the return of wagons and delivery for the next loading. In addition, there are delays in registration of shipping documents for export shipments (phytosanitary certificates), which also leads to delays in loading. These factors negatively affect the pace of the loading process, therefore, there are significant risks of non-fulfillment of applications for the month of September, since it is impossible to transport the previously planned monthly volume for the remaining time (15-17 days of September). We ask our Customers to adjust their transportation plans and send applications for the month of October, while there is a possibility of transferring part of the previously agreed September applications to October. At the same time, route shipments do not experience delays during moving, therefore, by planning loading, we strongly recommend forming route shipments to speed up movement. The Company recalls that the Company's share in export transportation does not exceed 40%, in addition, the company strives to fulfill social obligations to ensure the domestic market, therefore, in conditions of a decrease in the presence of other owners of the fleet, JSC "Astyk Trans" carries out export transportation only within capabilities of its fleet.
