Dear customers and partners!
As downtime en route increased, there is a difficult train situation in many directions, and in October it is forecasted that these trends will continue and strengthen. This threatens to disrupt loading, the resulting "traffic jams" on the tracks force freight forwarders to constantly change the flow of wagons in order to bypass the "narrow necks". This situation can be solved through formation of sender and step routes that do not stand at intermediate stations waiting for the formation of train, and pass faster to the destination station.
In order to ensure uninterrupted loading of grain cargoes, due to non-compliance with the speed of movement on the way, the Company is forced to refuse to approve the loading of single wagons in October in the export direction.
Apart from sending and step routes, we offer our clients the formation of trains from one departure station to three destination stations in one direction. The formation of such "spraying" routes will speed up the movement of trains through the territory of Kazakhstan, and therefore speed up unloading for the next loading.
This measure is forced and will be in effect until the situation on the railway is settled.
