In connection with beginning of season of harvest transportation in 2020–2021 marketing year, in order to increase the turnover of wagons, as well as the uninterrupted supply of wagons, the Company informs about the following procedure for calculating and withholding fees for excess idle time of wagons.
Upon completion of carriage or at the end of the reporting period, if the Client assumes excess downtime, client account managers will issue an invoice for payment with data on allowed excess downtime, payable within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the invoice in accordance with clause 5.8 of transport forwarding contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract).
