Dear customers and partners!
In order to stimulate and increase the volume of transportation, the Company made the following decision to support shippers and customers of the company:
- fr om April 1, 2023, accrual of fines for excess downtime is suspended (claims will be submitted for wagons loaded before April 1, 2023);
- in case of malicious violation of the terms of the freight forwarding contract by customers, the Company reserves the right to charge excess downtime ;
- for transportation , wh ere the attracted wagons will be involved, excess downtime will be accrued under feasibility study contract and relevant supplementary agreements.
