Based on the results of the 2020–2021 grain handling season coming to an end. JSC «Astyk Trans» informs that the project of grain handling routing «Astyk Trans-Express"has been successfully implemented. By joint efforts of shippers and JSC «Astyk Trans» with the support of JSC " NC " KTZ " during the reporting marketing period, more than 300 «sender» and more than 500 «step» routes were formed and transported by the railway of the Republic of Kazakhstan in general in the directions of Central Asia, Aktau-Port, China and in the intra-republican communication. It should be clarified that the step routes differ from the sender routes primarily in that the sender routes are sent by one Consignor from one station, the step routes are sent from one or more nearby stations by the destination to one or more nearby stations by several Consignors.
About 30% of the export traffic of JSC «Astyk Trans"was carried out by routes, which plays a significant role for JSC» NC «KTZ», as it unloads the infrastructure along the entire route of the cargo. The main goal of the routing project is to reduce the delivery time of the cargo, by reducing the time for the formation of the train en route. For example, the average speed of grain delivery in the traditional directions of the grain market is 200 kilometers per day, while the speed of the route «Astyk Trans-Express» reaches 800 kilometers per day. So, the route Sarybel-Khujand with the usual standard of 13 days, reached Khujand and stood under unloading for 5 days, which reduced the delivery time by 2.6 times from the standard.
In addition, «Astyk Trans-Express», in addition to the discounts provided for route shipments, provides good opportunities for customers in terms of the turnover of funds for trading.
