Transportation on weekends and holidays

According to operational information, about 40 elevators did not work in a routine mode on weekends and holidays. This led to the disruption of weekend loading plans and an increase in the number of wagons at the stations.
This situation is observed from year to year, though railway infrastructure works around the clock, loading/unloading places are not adapted to the round-the-clock mode. And algorithm to solve this situation is not developed.
Please be reminded that it is impossible to ensure effective loading rates without readiness of infrastructure. For these purposes, it is necessary to arrange activities of loading and unloading sites, as well as activities of bodies responsible for issuing permits, under 24/7 regime.
